Warranty

We stand behind the materials and workmanship of our bedding. Our down bedding is guaranteed against workmanship and manufacturing defects.

If an item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, email hello@plumesbedding.com with your order details and clear photos. The item may need to be returned with approval so it can be inspected before a repair, replacement or other solution is offered.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage or a change in personal preference. Follow the care instructions for your item. Returns for reasons other than a defect are handled under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
